Ellis P. Antsroe – (AMEI) Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Antsroe is a Senior-level Professional and Entrepreneur, experienced as Director, Board Member and CEO of private companies with more than twelve (12) years of oil and gas industry administration, and downstream petroleum trading with expertise in leading operations in the buying of crude oil and processed petroleum products and instituting workable procedures applicable to each product and in each region. He possesses major experience in dealing and working in complex, high risk operating environments having gained a unique mix of HSSE, managerial, commercial, operational and people experience across a wide portfolio of roles.
Ellis is a graduate of Bachelor of Business Administration, with an MSc. in Oil and Gas Management from Coventry University, United Kingdom. He has a certificate in The Climate-Energy Challenge from Harvard University, a certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) from The University of Pennsylvania and a certificate in Entrepreneurship In Emerging Economies from Harvard Business School. He is currently enrolled in a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program in Oil and Gas Management from University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), India.
Ellis is a Professional Member of Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) International, an Active Member of The Association of International Petroleum Negotiators (AIPN) in Houston, Texas, and an Associate Member of The Aberdeen Chapter of Energy Institute (EI) in the UK.

Mr. Patrick K. Blay Executive Director
Mr. Blay is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Blaynet Services Limited; a reputed indigenous Ghanaian Freight Forwarding company which doubles as Petroleum Upstream Service Provider; having been duly licensed by The Petroleum Commission of Ghana to provide services in the Hospitality, Haulage, Freight, Clearing and Forwarding segments to the international Oil and Gas companies such as Tullow, ENI, Aker Energy, MODEC and Kosmos Energy in Ghana’s upstream sector.
He is also the Managing Director of Blaynet Construction Limited and the Owner and
Managing Director of De-Blay’s Hostels and Apartments largely in use by students from the Central University and middle-income residents of Community 25 in Tema. Patrick is an Executive Director for Antlis Oil and Gas Limited, a petroleum trading company in Ghana.
He has been in the field for more that fifteen (15) years and knows all the rules, skills and he possesses the expertise in the field of clearing and forwarding. He is a very hard working, sociable and a straightforward man with high moral standards.
He had his basic and senior high school education in the harbor city of Tema. He later joined the Ghana Institute of Freight Forwarders and pursued several risk courses relating to clearing, forwarding and logistics services in the United Kingdom. He possesses the FIATA Diploma in Supply Chain Management and he is currently a Member of International Freight Forwarders in Switzerland.
As an entrepreneur and an investor, Patrick has keen interest Business Start-up, New Business Development, Change Management, Return on Investment (ROI) and Revenue Growth Attainment as well as in private equity.
Having developed so much passion in petroleum trading, he co-founded Swift Petrotrade FZC.
Mr. Larry Kevin Rolens
Kevin Rolens is a member of the Board of Directors of Swift Petrotrade. He is a strategic, outcome-focused executive with over 30 years of international oil and gas experience and extensive transferable skills gained across the Asia/Pacific, Europe, and Africa regions. He combines strong leadership and a calm demeanor within a fast-paced, pressurized environment. He is a powerful communicator with advanced negotiations skills and the ability to conclude major transactions with multinational clients.
Prior to joining Swift Petrotrade Board, Kevin held Senior Management positions in many multinational oil and gas companies. He worked as The Director for New Zealand Petroleum & Minerals (Ministry of Business, Innovation, and Employment), where he positioned New Zealand government value proposition to attract international majors Statoil and Woodside using a multi-faceted promotion strategy coupled with sound industry led policy improvements. He was the Vice President, Commercial Upstream for British Gas Group, Vice President, Business Development for Anadarko, Indonesia, Vice President for Amoco Corporation, China & US, General Manager for Mont D’ Or Petroleum, Singapore, and Manager, Business Development &
Kevin brings many years of technical expertise in contracts, negotiations, economics, and business development. Kevin holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University. He is also a Charter Member of Association of International Petroleum Negotiators.
